Metamorphosis for 2008

Metamorphosis implies more than change. This Monarch exemplifies complete breakdown and reconstruction. Renewal and starting afresh is needed as well for our Alumni Association.

Wednesday September 26th is an important date.

Our time as an Alumni Board is here. CME Day 2008 is the major agenda. Our accreditation application needs to be complete, IN ITS ENTIRETY by February. Our time to work is actually very, very short.

Evening meeting will be at the Hun, at 6 pm on Wednesday 9/26.

CME Day 2008 can earn money for alumni activities and offer AMA credit, but only if preparations are done in a certain way.

We need:
1] Faculty
2] Educational Objectives and Outcomes
3] Estimated Financial Budget
4] Commercial Support:
- a] Systematic approach to the Capital District drug reps
- b] Pharmaceutical house grant writers (via internet)
5] Mailing Concerns


Al McNamara can help with budgeting
Joy Black will help with commercial supports
I’ll bring along our 26-page application from 2006.

Your willingness to help in this overall process is absolutely crucial.
