Luise Ahlers, the CPAS Program Director and Associate Professor of Pediatrics, will retire in May, after working with program since its inception.
Sally McLaughlin Bauer, former Program Director, is retiring in May as Biology, Chemistry and Physics Department Director and Professor from HVCC.
Karen Wolf, Pre-Clinical Coordinator and Assistant Professor (no photo), will retire in September.

ACLS:
Graduating PAs need ACLS. And our alumni, too! ACLS coursework is scheduled for Saturday, May 2th and Saturday, May 9th from 8a.m. to 4p.m. on each day.

ACLS Provider Manual from the AHA is the required text for the course, which can be ordered online from Laerdal or Channing-Bete. Students need to complete the required pre-course checklist and pre-course exam prior to attending. The cost for the course is: $150, payable to: EMS Network, Inc. For recert only, the cost is: $100. Recerts need only attend the class on Saturday, May 9th.
